We had a wonderful time enjoying our new sports equipment on Wednesday 8th. Super sportsmanship!
We have been enjoying so many different activities over the last couple of terms. We have had lots of visits from members of the community to tell us all about their jobs as we are looking at 'People that Help us'. We have also enjoyed a trip to Manor woods and we have another one coming up next week where we are going to take part in a meadow workshop.
The reception children have worked so hard this year and we cant quite believe that it is nearly the end of the school year, we still have so many more exciting things planned for the children to take part in.
What a great term we have had. We have enjoyed watching chicks hatch from eggs, tadpoles growing into frogs and planting seeds to grow inside and outside our classroom.
We have also enjoyed our first trip out in our school mini bus. We travelled in our school mini bus to Windmill Hill City Farm. We had great fun being gardeners and farmers. The children particularly liked going into the chicken coop to feed the chickens and collect the eggs.
Next term we will be looking closely at the people in our communities that help us. We also have a fun day Planned at St Peters School in May so watch out for that.
We hope you have a great Easter Break and we look forward to welcoming you back in term 5.
